I upgraded from Installaware Studio version 9 to 11 now the dialog window name has the title 2 times.
Example v9: MyProduct - Installaware Wizard
Example v11: MyProductMyProduct - Installaware Wizard
I also used a messagebox to show the $title$ before the dialog and after. The title looks normal without the title 2 times in a row.
I also looked into the dialog editor and in the caption just has $title$ once.
Dialog show title 2 times in a row
