Here's my MSICode regarding shortcuts:

Create Shortcut $SHORTCUTFOLDER$\MyCourts Help to $TARGETDIR$\MyCourts.chm, Pin to Start Screen
Create Shortcut $SHORTCUTFOLDER$\MyCourts Reports to $TARGETDIR$\MyCourtsReports.exe, Pin to Start Screen
Create Shortcut $SHORTCUTFOLDER$\MyCourts Administrator to $TARGETDIR$\MyCourtsAdmin.exe, run as administrator, Pin to Start Screen
Create Shortcut $SHORTCUTFOLDER$\MyCourts Check for Updates to $TARGETDIR$\MCCheckForUpdates.exe, run as administrator, Pin to Start Screen
The desktop shortcuts work fine however the Pin to Start Screen shortcuts for "MyCourts" and "MyCourts Help" are NOT pinned to the Start Screen whilst the remaining 3 shortcuts are correctly pinned to the Start Screen.
All the files are installed by the IA program and I am unable to determine what differences there are between the pinned and not pinned Start Screen shortcuts. The only commonality that I can see is that the two shortcuts that are not pinned correctly both have "MyCourts" only as the file name without extension and the program itself, as well as the Title for the Group of shortcuts is also "MyCourts".
Do I need to do something special or am I missing something
