When I started this installer it was intended as a web-based installer. Instead, we decided that our first installer should be a single, downloadable exe (just like, our current one).
I noticed, by chance. that on the Web Media Blocks page, all of the ones I had defined were still showing, including duplicates. There isn't a 'delete' or 'remove' option.
It doesn't seem to affect the operation of the installer, but it would be cleaner if the web media blocks were not there.
Regards. John

Re: How do I remove unwanted Web Media Blocks
Dear John,
To remove a web media block from the Web Media Blocks page:
Click the web media block to edit.
Click the Edit button.
Then delete the block name.
Click OK to save your changes
The web media blocks can be removed if don't need them (due the single compressed build).
I suggest to remove those that are duplicated only ... in case you want to a use web-based exe in future, you don't have to create them once again (that's the reason why IA doesn't remove them).

Re: How do I remove unwanted Web Media Blocks
Thanks Francesco. That worked. Though, I have to say that having a 'delete' item for the context menu (for single and multi selections) would be a more normal implementation and avoid you having to answer questions like this.

Francesco
My new mia file (created by Save As) seems to have a hangover entry from unused web media block definitions. Here it is in context (marked by <===):
2.1.3 was the version from which I created v 2.2. I deleted all the old WMBs.
All the other entries have the correct url. I can't see an entry like this in the GUI. Can I delete it manually? What lines should I delete?

Re: How do I remove unwanted Web Media Blocks
Dear John,
just delete those un-wanted Web Media blocks from your script code directly (select the [DEFINE WEB MEDIA ....] statement and press the CANC key).
Obviously, if exist any un-wanted file inclusion statement left (just after the Web Media block statement in your script) ... delete it as well.
Hope this helps you.
