runtime error in install: List index out of bounds (0)

Hello all,

setup on a customers computer with Windows 10 Home crashed.
The error message is: runtime error: List index out of bounds (0).
Has anybody some idea to fix it? how can I clean the system so that I can run setup on the computer again?
The setup program is built with IA 9.06.9006.2009.
