IDE – Weird stuff happening

Started off with a single master package, call it v1.0
From that I did a save as and create two more project files each with their own
Separate directory. We can call them v1.1 & v1.2

If I make file changes in package v1.2 why when opening up v1.0 are those
Same file changes present. I would have thought these projects should have been completely isolated from each other or not??????

All projects probably use the same setup script (MIA file).
To duplicate projects, just copy the project folder.
Right now, you can duplicate the MIA files, and then add them to the different projects as the main setup script - replacing the shared setup script.
