Yes that should cover everything.

Since nothing is pre-built in the InstallAware script (that includes the custom setup options, which can be taken out, and/or customized to suit your needs), the Load/Save functions do not account for them.

What you can do though is use Persistent Variables which would persist the state of the variables involved in these choices.
