InstallAware Virtualization Performance

I have pacakged a virtual .exe with about 15 supporting .dlls. The app is a .Net 3.5 program.

The program normally takes about 4-5 seconds to load... but after being virtualized, it is taking several MINUTES just to show the splash screen/first window.

Is this kind of performance expected? This kind of slow start up is a real problem...

I don't know of any such problems and a search on the BoxedApp forum didn't bring up anything.
