ERROR changing Setup Version

Hi, I have a serious problem when I have to change the Setup Version in my Project.
I use InstallaWare 2012 on a Windows 7 32bit machine.

Here the steps :
1) -I have created a Setup Project with 9.00 version value.
2) -I have launched the Setup and installed my application.
3)- Later I have re-open the Setup project and changed the Version paramenter to 9.10 value
4) - I have launched again the new Setup program
5) - The Setup program uninstalled the old 9.00 version but when the installation process start it have displaied the following error :

If I run the Setup with the /l parameter it produce an empty log.

If I produce a new Setup but with 9.00 version again, it works fine.

This problem exists for all my setup projects.

Please help me to resolve this problem.

More Detail : The error occurs when is execute "Apply Install..." command of the Setup project.
And so I can't debug it more over.

for what you said, seems that you are able to replicate the with any project.
If so, can you post a very basic project that reproduce the error?

Of couse I will verify it.
