Registration Dialog: How make fields optional

How do you make the user and company name optional on the Registration dialog? I do not see any properties to set a "Required" flag?

Dear User,

if I haven't missed your question, to make the user and company name optional on the Registration dialog ... just remove the default four (4) "control rules" defined with the Registration Dialog. These "control rules" are used to set the Enable property with the NEXT button.
