Unload Registry Hive

This command unloads a registry hive that had been earlier loaded into a subkey of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE or HKEY_USERS using the Load Registry Hive command.

Root

Select the root key for the unload operation.

Key

Type the name of the subkey where the hive had earlier been loaded to.

Target Computer (optional, Native Engine only)

To unload the hive from the local computer, leave this field empty. To unload the hive from a remote computer, enter the computer name in this field. The remote computer must have the Remote Registry service enabled and started.
