Call DLL Plug-In Questions

I am calling to function in a dll created in C# (No an installer class). I have added the call to the appropriate section of code. My questions are.

1) I have the dll installed to $TRAGETDIR$ so I am assuming in the path for dll I put $TARGETDIR$\\myinstall.dll. Is that correct?

2)When I enter the name for the method it is the fully qualified name

Namespace = Res_Doc
Class Name = InstallMethods
Function Name - CreateEventLog

Would I enter the method name as CreateEventLog or Res_Doc.InstallMethods.CreateEventLog
