Extraction failed -error

With few files works OK. But when I add all my files then I get this error (attachment). Any idea where I should start to search the problem?
I have version 7.

If I have only few files ( <10) to install, then it works fine.

But as soon as I added more files (100+), then I get this Extraction Faild Error.

I tried also with a different set files, but it did not make any difference.
