cannot remove index.html in progress screen

In the Dialoges sections, I have the Progress screen checked
and On and when installing the setup program after build the
message "Add and index.html to your..." appears in courrier
font. It does not appear in the progress setup in the project
configuration prior to build, but appears to come from nowhere
whe running the install. How can I get rid of this pesky little
string?

Either add an index.html file to your setup under User INterface>>Creatives in the IDE or Support Files in MSICode view,
or Edit the progress dialog and remove the html control
or Change the progress dialog altogether.
