Paramterised Web.config

HI,
I designed a dialog to capture some parameters. These parameters are going to be part of the Settings in the web.config. I am able to Open File, Replace File and Save File. But i have few issues

1) While saving the file, it will always create another full either in the beginning or towards end of the original web.config.
2) To solve (1), i rename the source to web1.config and save as web.config. It works but i have another challenge. When I am unistall, this newly created file web.config is not uninstall and becomes an issue when i need to re-install
3) So i try to Delete File and Delete File Recursively both on Apply Uninstall and before saving the web.config during installation and none of them works.

Is there any suggestion to resolve my simple problem?
