I am a registered customer and have been having difficulty with this product (program crashes), so I un-installed with the intention of re-installing; now THAT doesn't work either ... What's going on with this company?

Trial Download not working???
Has anyone tried downloading and installing the Trial software and installing it? I keep getting blocked by a dialog asking for a password.

Trial download works fine. If you provide your email at the download process you'll receive the package password.
What crashes did you had?Maybe its a hardware failure?
