create a file

I haven't been able to find anything for this..

I need to dynamically be able to create and write batch files (.bat), xml (for our programs configuration), and a couple other.

In NSIS I could just open a file with a write stream and I would just be able to write everything out as plain text and then close the handle to the file.

How do I do this with IA??
