Update URL

What is it that is supposed to be kept at the URL location
for monitor URL for automatic web udates.

Is it?
a) A seperate reduced project EXE that is different from the
intial Master project that contains only files I want to update?
b) Something that the master project itself creates when it builds?
c) Other

The IA documentation seems to leave this explanation very
thin a does not entirely lay it out.

Also, is the Monitor URL path supposed to point to the INI
file that IA creates ot the update EXE itself?

I really need help on this one. Been trying to weed out this
answer for a week. Dead in the water until I can.

Then in the Update Packs page of the IDE the download URL should point to the location of the installer exe that applies to the update.
