How to retrieve ASP.NET user accountname

I'm creating a setup that installs a ASP.NET Webservice. I must grant acces for the ASP.NET user to a certain folder. The problem i'm facing is that it's very hard to retrieve the ASP.NET useraccountname from a machine. I know that on Win2k and XP machines ASP.NET usually runs under the ASPNET useraccount. On 2003 server however this has changed to NETWORK SERVICE. So far no big deal you might think... but... on localized versions of Windows this useraccount name can be different. On Windows Vista, the ASP.NET useraccount is always NETWORK SERVICE, no matter what localized version of Windows Vista is running. So problems might occur on localized versions of Windows Server 2003, wich most of my clients are running. Is there a simple way to retrieve the correct accountname for the ASP.NET user? I know the user always has an SID of "S-1-5-20"
