Run Program As with parameters

When I Run a Program As and pass several parameters it fails on the last parameter. I can run it from the command line directly and it works fine. Is there a limit to the length of the parameters string?

Here is the list of parameters.
server:$SELECTEDSERVER$ /database:$ENTERPRISEID$HazmatCommerce /username:$SQLUSER$ /password:$SQLPASSWORD$ /databaselogpath:$LOGDIR$ /databasepath:$DATABASEDIR$

The last parameter always fails I have switched the last 2 paramater around to verify it.

Any help would be appreciated.
