MYSQL database installation

I was attracted to InstallAware with its database installation features as an alternative to Install Shield.

I tried to install a MYSQL database script with my installation. I used the project wizard to create a project and added scripts under "SQL Databases".
But when I install my application the scripts do NOT run.

Is there something extra I am to do?

Its quite simple, if this feature does not work then I will not purchase InstallAware.
