Install Files installs old files

Install Aware 7 ( version 7.0 build lonepine_rtm.071107)

in my install script, there is the command
Install Files h:\\src\\install\\raw_file_eval\\myprogram.exe to $TARGETDIR$

when I build the install and run it, the program always installs the old version of the file, not the version located in the specified directory. When I watch the build, it shows it coping the file from the appropriate location. But, when I run the single EXE that has the current build date time, it installs the old version of the file, not the new version of the file that's in the source directory.

I've tried searching the forum on this, but I keep gettin a sql server time out error

Make sure you are building and running the same build type. If you are building a web build and try to run a single exe that you previously built, this can be the result.
