I'm building a test install for an application. The shortcuts to the application need to set the startup directory to the application directory in order for this application to work (this is a requirement of a third-party library). If the startup directory is not the same as the program directory, the program crashes on startup.
The problem is, when the last screen of the install is displayed and the user elects to run the application, there is no option to set the startup directory, so the program crashes. How can I set the startup directory when running my application automatically at the end of the install process?
\"Run application on finish\" doesn't always work correctly

This is an easy one. Use "Run Program As" command instead of "Run Program". "Run Program As" lets you set the working directory.
