Dependancy Scan - Crystal

When I am running a dependency scan, and view a Crystal report in my application, my application freezes up (before the report is shown). This doesn't happen when running the app normally.

When I run the app normally, the mouse cursor stays as busy, even though everything is working, so maybe this is related.

I am using:
Vista Ultimate
Visual Studio 2005 8.0.50727.867
Crystal Reports XI release 2 (11.5.8.826)
Latest build of InstallAware, triaal version.
