Web Media Blocks extraction error

In my newest web update project i'm trying to download a .7zip file that contains my exe files. The file downloads complete succesfully but the extraction proces fails.

I've read a lot about url checking and .7zip mime type to be added in IIS but my problem is some different.

when i not include all my exe files in my project an build it my update.7zip file gets around 5 Mb. From now on evrything is working fine

Download - OK
Extraction - OK
Update - OK

But when i include all my exe files my update.7zip gets arround 15 Mb and my setup fails.

Download - OK
Extraction - FAILED
Update - FAILED

i also renamed my update.7zip file to update.zip and changed my web media block url cleaned my IE cache and still no succes.[/b]
