InstallAware 9 R2

Hello,

I had to reinstall my entire computer and like to run the setup of InstallAware 9 R2 again.
I have a webbased version, but the download of the resulting files fails.
Are they still available?

I'm affraid not. That's why I always download full version...

In general, I recommend downloading (and archiving) the full single file installer.

Also, when you install using the web-based installer, if you choose anything but Minimum install, you will be prompted to back up the data...

It's a little late for that now.
I installed version 10, but it already gives me a problem.
When i hit the cancel button, a very strange message comes up.
Can any one help me getting a full Version of 9 R2?. Or even version 8 would be nice.
I would be really grateful

After installing IA 10, what does the version display as?

I am not at work now, but i notice that the splash screen displays verion 8

It sounds like you installed your old license over the new version of IA.

You need to regenerate and install the new license from:
http://www.installaware.com/myinstallaware

Rcaspers - did you ever manage to get the installation files? We're faced with a similar dilemma and are being given the run around by installaware. If you managed to get hold of it, please let me know.

Does anyone have the 9 R2 full install? I'm currently in the same boat. For the record, I tried to download the full version of R2 when it was released, but the download always timed out on me, every single time in any browser. So I have the 9 full install, but only the web installer of 9 R2 and if I understand correctly, the IA response is "too bad, so sad."
