7zip compatibility between 2012 and 15

Hi, I recently switched from 2012 to 15, and it seems that the 7zip's are not compatible for the Web Media Blocks. Is there any way to make the system a little less stringent? The contents of the 7zip's are exactly the same as before, but when I try to run the old installer against the new 7zip's or the new installers against the old 7zip's, I get a download error.

The files actually extract out to disk correctly.

Please help. We are putting out a new version, but know that old setups are still out there.

I have verified what you reported using a Web Media Block (microsoft windows installer 4.5.7zip) generated some time ago using IA 11.
With my test, it has been downloaded & installed correctly with a project builded with IA 15.

... are you sure the required web media block are exactly the same (example;... comparing web media block size produced by the two IA versions)?
