Folder path "D?rrer" Contains an invalid character

Hi, I have a user in France that is running into issues with our installer (InstallAware 15). The error message is Folder path "D?rrer" Contains an invalid character" and the missing character is a é. I think this is the Start Menu link. Any idea how I can get this to work? Any help much appreciated.

Update:
My version number is InstallAware 15 Build 1.13.13

Per this post: http://www.installaware.com/forum/viewt ... f=2&t=8917, it seems like I need to use Native Engine to address this issue. Can someone confirm?

Honestly, I don't believe the error you seem to have can be related to the one reported with the link you posted.

Could you please post a project (even a minimal one) that I can verify?
