Since upgrade to Version 16 -> Setup Problem

Hey
I have upgraded to Version 16. There I opened an existing Project (Version 15), changed 1 file and the Readme file. Then run a single file Installation.
The Installation build process runs through without an error.
When I try to install, then I get an error:

What can this be?

Found the Problem solved in an other thread: http://forums.installaware.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=9585
The correct tip is: You have to relocalize the projet.
This is a bit tricky to find out...
