Auto Update Text Strings not UNICODE [IA16]

Hi,

I have built a new updater with IA 16. Because now all should be unicode ready I set my update.ini

http://download.pcon-planner.com/updates_pro64.ini

to utf-8 and integrated unicode strings.

But the updater can not display the strings correctly:

Dear Alibaba,

just save the ini file using UNICODE encoding instead of utf-8.
