Can I pass Password as a Compiler Variable?

It would be helpful if we could provide the password for the setup exe (256-bit encryption key) as a compiler variable. That way it will be documented in our build-server Ant files.
I fear that if I enter #PASSWORD# in the field, this will become the password itself!
