English path on a german machine

Hi!

InstallAware creates a folder with the english default name instead of using the existing folder on a German Windows XP.

The folder I am talking about is on an english machine:
C:\\Documents and Settings\\All Users\\Application Data

On a german machine this should be:
C:\\Dokumente und Einstellungen\\All Users\\Anwendungsdaten

But instead of using this folder to place its files, InstallAware creates the following folder:
C:\\Dokumente und Einstellungen\\All Users\\Application Data
