activate installaware 18

i have been using installaware 17 and now need to activate installaware 18

when i log in and try to generate a license using the [Generate License] , the license will not generate and the explorer just errors with Cannot display web page error
Cookies are enabled.

the page i am using to generate the serial number is

It works okay for me. Perhaps someone out there in the internet put molasses in the engine instead of engine oil.
