For some of our customers, Download File is giving an error. For others it works fine.
What could be the problems and what are the solutions?
I suspect firewalls may be at least part of the trouble - is there any way to increase the time-out value for Download File>

Hi Mark,
Download File uses the Internet Explorer download engine. It seamlessly works through firewalls and proxies - as long as Internet Explorer itself is configured in a way that it works.
Sometimes, end-users have aggressive firewalls or other products that interfere with proper operation. These extreme situations have to be addressed on a case-by-case basis with the end-user. For instance, if the user has told their firewall to block programs except a whitelisted group, or if they are blocking the installer manually by mistake, this has to be addressed specifically.
