Shortcut problem and sugestion

I am using visual IDE.

When creating new shortcut, Startup in folder is blank. By default the path sould be exactly where exe is located.

When i create multiple shorcat with a costum path i always chose desktop and startmenu.

normaly by default is:
$DESKTOPDIR$
$SHORTCUTFOLDER$

but what if i could override the default path like.
$DESKTOPDIR$\\xyz
$SHORTCUTFOLDER$\\xyz help

I am sory, i didn't explaind enough.

When i override the default path, any newly created shortcuts would use new path example.

$DESKTOPDIR$ -> Shortcut xyz
$SHORTCUTFOLDER$ -> Shortcut xyz

and then i change default path to $SHORTCUTFOLDER$\\Help. And then create a ne shortcuts, so in the end will look like:

$DESKTOPDIR$ -> Shortcut xyz
$SHORTCUTFOLDER$ -> Shortcut xyz
$SHORTCUTFOLDER$\\Help -> Shortcut English
$SHORTCUTFOLDER$\\Help -> Shortcut German
$SHORTCUTFOLDER$\\Help -> Shortcut Slovenian
$SHORTCUTFOLDER$\\Help -> Shortcut Italian
$SHORTCUTFOLDER$\\Help -> Shortcut Spanish
