Reproducable Access Violation

Hi,

if you compile the setup and run it and then compile it again without closing the running setup there is an error message that the file cannot be override because it's in use. Thats ok, but if compile again (there is no difference if the old setup is still running or not) I get an Access violation in the build progress log:
