Administrtor priviledges

Hi,

Does anybody know if the following needs administrator priviledges?

Install some files in a subfolder of the Program Files folder.
Install A Win32 Service
Start a service
Install MSDE 2000 (which installs also a temporary file bag)

There is no DLL registeration or anything else (that I'm aware of)

Yes, installation of MSDE 2000 requires administrator privileges..
