Runtime exception from IA Setup executable

I compile my script and everything is ok, when I run it i get the error as shown in attached image

InstallAware does not use the C++ runtime libraries at all, so this leads me to conclude that the error you are getting is coming from somewhere else - perhaps a DLL call, a plug-in, or something similar.

I'm having this problem as well. However, it only has appeared on one customer's computer so far!

We tried installing a couple of versions of the Microsoft Visual C++ runtime redistritubale (from the Microsoft website) but this has not fixed the problem.

Any ideas?
