Patch installing in wrong dir

I am making a patch and when I watch the patch install it is installing in the wrong dir. It seems like it is going into a title dir. I am trying to find out why but I can not see it.

where is the patch code to look at, I find this area

[compiler if Variable BUILDMODE Equals PATCH]
Apply Patch (get result into variable SUCCESS)
[compiler else]
but nothing else about what the patch is actually doing.
