Set access control and I18N

Hello!

I would like to use the "Set Access Control" command to allow both Administrators and Users Read and Write access to a specific folder. Is it possible to refer to these groups in a language-independent way? It seems to me that I have to use the localized group name, e.g. "Administratoren" in German or "Administrators" in English, to make this command work.
