PageControl - different look

Postby jweksej » Thu Apr 05, 2007 4:58 am

The installer with PageControl started on different computers have different look - see attached image. Installer was started on several computers with WinXp (updated) and the 'white' was on machine where IA is/was installed, the 'blue' was on machine without IA. When started on machine with IA but from cmd window with deleted INSTALLAWAREPATH, it was also 'white' - something was copied to system folders.

The 'white' is what I expect. Please help me to find the reason.

Looking at the screenshot, I can immediatly see the problem. The right hand image is the installer running without the XP Manifest - this is a piece of data which tells Windows XP and above how to render the controls.
When this manifest is missing, the controls are rendered in the legacy format.

Can you confirm that Themes are enabled on all your machines?
