Newbie question: how to change location of SHORTCUTFOLDER?

I am migrating my MSI setup from Wise to IA. One thing I don't seem to be able to do easily is to specify when my shortcuts should go.

I want a shortcut to my program at:
Start > All Programs > Geocentrix > Registrar

At the moment it appears at:
Start > All Programs > Registrar

because I am using $SHORTCUTFOLDER$ as the link location. How do I specify the location that I want?

On the Project properties page I have:

Product name: "Registrar" (-> in variable $TITLE$ and part of $SHORTCUTFOLDER$???)
Manufacturer: "Geocentrix" (-> in variable $COMPANY$)

Also, how do I find out where the locations are for
$SHORTCUTFILES$
$SHORTCUTFILESALL$

The IA help file doesn't list these in its pred-defined variables topic.

From the Viaul IDE Shortcuts page, modify the link location to read the way you want, (i.e.: $SHORTCUTFOLDER$\\Geocentrix\\Registrar.
