Bought the software but cannot install

I bought the InstallAware software and got sent a user name and password.

I was instructed to download the demo which I did. However, when I install the demo, it asks for a password. I entered the password you sent me but it does not accept it.

How do I proceed further? Should I downlaod the demo again and provide an email (which I did not do as you had already sent me a password). Or perhaps I need to install the watermark exe that I downloaded?

I'm unclear how to get the software installed.

BTW, I asked this question via email to the support email on your web site, but no-one responded to me yet.

Please help!

You should provide an email address on download to receive the password needed to unpack the installer. Then go on and install the demo.
Be careful to select the correct edition.

Then login to http://www.myinstallaware.com/ with your user name and password and create your license. Download and install. This turns your demo into a licensed version.
