Major bug when using projects made in earlier versions <6.6?

I start with the good news: My setup is now working again.

I had to completely rebuild it though using 6.6. As I mentioned my earlier project was made in 5.0 and edited in 6.0 and 6.6. It installed fine on XP, but on Vista it failed whith an error 1603 (EventID 1013 in the Eventlog) - even after removing all actual tasks from the setup... I figure that their is a mjor bug in IA when using projects made in older versions...
If the R&D department whishes I can provide the projectfiles and all the binaries...

The bad news is that my third post is not solved:
Showing Licence agreement and readme (rtf) on Vista
The license agreement still shows as garbage on Vista and I am using IA 6.5+ (6.6)

Hope you still have an answer regarding the last...
