Installing multiple applications in one install package

I need to be able to install multiple applications with a single installer. The installer will first install a couple of programs from their packaged install routines, and then it will install my software (which already works fine). How can I add these other installers to my package?

If they are msi setups you can use "(Un)Install MSI", if they are executables use "Run program" or "Run Program As".
