Un-install problem

Hello,
I have Install-Aware Build 6.4 (santacruz_rtm.030907). I am having a intermittent uninstall problem.

My installation project creates a IIS directory (virtual) , my problem is when when un-installing and the IIS directory is in use (Explore is open in that directory) the install works but the directory is not delete (which is fine) BUT the security and ownership of the directory is corrupted. I try and delete the directory but it says I don't have any access to the directory (even though I am logged in as domain admin). To delete the directory I must reboot and then reloggin (same user) and then take ownership of the directory and then delete it.

It only happens in the directories that are set for IIS use.

Has anyone had this issue or does support know about it?
