Coomandline MIABuild Error on Vista 64 with IA 6.6

I use command line builds and have found that they now fail on my Vista Ultimate 64-bit system. (IA 6.6)

"C:\\Program Files (x86)\\InstallAware\\InstallAware 6.6\\miabuild.exe" "c:\\dlp11\\install\\GPAccounts\\gp accounts.mpr" /b=1 /r APPVER=6.5.0.1 "TITLE=GP Accounts 2007" UPGRADE=FALSE ALPHA=FALSE LITE=FALSE _NOREGISTRY=TRUE

The error is at the end of the 'copied file' section:

Created Windows Installer database
Error during build: Access violation at address 00491B81 in module 'miabuild.exe
'. Read of address 00000010

The same script with same parameters builds ok within the Installaware IDE though I am getting a list index out of bounds error when quitting IA.

I'm building via the CLI with FinalBuilder on Vista Enterprise x64 with no probs (IA6.6). Here's my CLI:

"E:\\InstallAware\\Install Projects\\FireDaemon Trinity 2.1\\FireDaemon Trinity.mpr" /o="E:\\InstallAware\\Target\\FireDaemon Trinity" /b=2 VERSION=2.1.2538 INSTALLBASE=E:\\InstallAware

Perhaps one of the additional args or envvars is causing it to crash?
