Thanks for the /All switch - I was wondering why it failed on one of our Server 2012 installs.
I believe if you don't supply a /Source, and have a Windows Server Update Services server (an in-house Windows Update server) it will try to get the installation files from that. So asking the user to insert their installation media if it fails without the /Source parameter, is a good idea.

Between Mike and Bob, is there a universal script that installs .NET 3.5 SP1 onto XP/Vista/7/8 x86/x64?
