In that case you mush have an Install Assembly command somewhere in your MSIcode that is not reflected in the assembly view.
You can use CTRL + F to search for that command(s). Let me know what you find.

Re: Unable to compile MSI action install assembly
Sorry this took so long. I just finally saw that there was a page 2 to this thread. I did a search of the msi code of Install Assembly with no match case and Found Nothing????
Boy am I frustrated.

Do I zip it or how do I send it?
Re: Unable to compile MSI action install assembly
Yep. Just put it in a zip file and send it on over.

Re: Unable to compile MSI action install assembly
You sent me a note about reinstalling and I did all of that. But, what I think fixed the problem was that I ran your software as an administrator and it worked? Could that be possible?

Re: Unable to compile MSI action install assembly
The Solution is to delete the relevant [install assembly ...] directives in <INstallAutoGen> in <MSICODe> main tab.
I found this out after a lot of fiddling and these entries remain even if the assemblies dialog is empty.
These entries are created when you generete the project from a Visual Studio Solution.
Even a search of [install assembly] will not come up with anything because you will most likely be in the <Your Project> tab under <MSICode>. And the search is limited to the current active tab. At least there should be search across entire solution.
