Patching problem

Hey

Using the latest IA18 - I have created a Web Installation. - This works fine.
Now I have created a patch for my program.
THe Installation starts, but then the following error Comes up (I have attached a screenshot)
I don't have a file called this Name the wizard is looking for

Can somebody please help, how to find out what the Problem is!?
