Delete file created after Apply Intall?

After "Apply Install" I run an exe which in turn creates another file. Once I have read this newly created file I want to delete it. "Delete Files" doesn't seem to work, probably because the only options are when installing and/or uninstalling. Is there any other way to delete this file?

Call the Win32 API directly using Call DLL Function, or use Delete Files Recursive.
